Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at the hotel, located in the upscale Recoleta neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The room was spacious and well-equipped, but there were some service issues. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of options. Overall, it was a luxurious experience with a few hiccups here and there.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were spacious and had a luxurious bathroom, but unfortunately, I was relocated to a less appealing room. On the bright side, the service from the front desk, housekeeping, concierge, and front door staff was exceptional. The location was outstanding, close to top restaurants and shopping areas, but there were some safety concerns due to an increasing number of homeless people around. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of options, especially the fresh mushrooms, homemade yogurt, and honey straight from the honeycomb. Overall, the facilities were well-maintained and added comfort to my stay.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Buenos Aires. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, providing enough room for me, my wife, and son in a suite on the Palacio side, perfectly equipped. The service was outstanding, with professional and friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist us. The location was ideal, fitting perfectly in the Recoleta district, within walking distance to shopping and only a few minutes' drive to popular districts. The dining experience was excellent, offering varied options with local fresh ingredients. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with great views, maintaining a historic charm, and a decent sized bathroom with separate dressing area. The service was attentive, offering assistance and suggestions for activities. The location is perfect for exploring the city, close to beautiful restaurants and parks. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of delicious options. A well-rounded stay with a few areas for improvement.
